Simon Massey

I am the office principal of the Farnborough office and one of the firm’s specialist tax advisers to privately-owned businesses.

I have almost 30 years of experience and acted as the lead tax adviser on numerous transactions, reorganisations and property matters.

In addition, my experience includes advising clients on all tax planning strategies such as choice of entity, deal structures, group reconstructions, demergers and the most tax-efficient exit strategy.

I endeavour to understand the owners’ individual financial priorities and then structure their tax affairs to work towards achieving these.

I joined Menzies as a Tax Partner in 2003, having previously worked for major national firms. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and as a Tax Practitioner in 1991.
