Helen Coward

Helen advises on taxation issues for a range of clients, including public companies, private companies and entrepreneurs.

Helen has particular experience in real estate taxation issues and the taxation of investment fund managers. She also advises on company purchases and sales, corporate reorganisations and indirect tax issues. Helen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners’ Group.

Helen is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
