A property marketing and communications consultant with over 21 years’ experience, Matt specialises in large-scale commercial development, airport cities, international airport property and placemaking projects where his strategic and industry specific experience is key.
Having spent 10 years working for Bruntwood, a £1bn Manchester based property company, Matt set up his own consultancy focussing on delivering specialised brand and marketing consultancy for property and place projects around the UK.
Since 2012, he has spent much of his time dedicated to working on emerging aerotropolis developments across the country, most notably Airport City Manchester, GatewayEast and Gatwick Green.
As well as strategic property marketing and brand development, Matt specialises in sector specific copywriting and thought leadership content creation. His creative, passionate and service focused approach, both in team working and autonomous situations, helps drive positive commercial outcomes for clients.
