Richard joined Savills in 1999 and heads up the National Investment Team and works with the Regional Investment Teams and National Agency network to provide comprehensive advice on investment and development opportunities. Richard specialises in advising a range of non-retained institutions, property companies, private clients and occupiers on predominantly office and industrial investment and development opportunities.

- G-park, Sittingbourne, Kent – advised Gazeley on the funding of this 1.8m sq ft. £120m distribution park with standard life investment funds. The first phase of a 920,000 sq ft pre-letting to Morrison’s was pre-funded with the occupier having subsequently agreed to purchase their unit.
- Magna Park, Milton Keynes - advised Gazeley on funding the 670,000sf pre-letting to John Lewis for £75m. Advised Gazeley on funding the 940,000sf preletting to Waitrose for £115m.
- Gatwick South Distribution Centre - advised Lynton developments on funding the 120,000sf pre-letting to Tesco for £15m. Advised Lynton developments on funding the 90,000sf pre-letting to Clinimed for £10m. Advised Lynton developments on funding the 90,000sf pre-letting to Clinimed for £10m.
